ABOUT PREMIER POLE BUILDINGS
Family Owned. Personally Invested.
We're building Premier Pole Buildings around a simple idea: listen to our customers, do quality work, and treat every project like it matters.
OUR STORY
Building Something of Our Own
Premier Pole Buildings was founded in 2026 by Ivan and Cheryl Miller in Holmes County, Ohio.
For us, starting Premier was about more than constructing buildings. We enjoy meeting new people, taking a customer's ideas and turning them into something real, and seeing a property transformed by a finished project.
We're a family-owned business, and that's an important part of how we want Premier to grow. We don't want customers to feel like they're simply another project number.
When you work with Premier, our goal is to listen to what you're looking for, help you make the right decisions for your building, communicate with you throughout the process, and do everything we reasonably can to make sure you're happy with the finished result.
OUR APPROACH
Your Ideas Come First.
Maybe you already have the entire building planned out in your head.
Maybe all you know is that you need more space.
Either way, we'll start by listening.
We'll help you work through building size, layout, windows, garage doors, entry doors, colors, office or bathroom space, and other options to create a building that makes sense for you.
We specialize in commercial buildings, but we're open to a wide range of pole-building projects—from garages and workshops to agricultural and equipment-storage buildings.
We do not currently construct barndominiums, homes, or buildings with living quarters.
OUR COMMITMENT
We Want You to Love the Finished Product.
Customer satisfaction isn't something we want to simply put on a website. It's how we want to build our reputation.
We'll do everything in our power to understand what you're looking for and deliver a quality finished project that meets those expectations.
That means communicating with you, paying attention to the details, and staying involved from the initial conversation through the final stages of your project.
Because when our name is on the building, we want to be proud of it too.
ABOUT THE FAMILY
Meet Ivan & Cheryl
Premier Pole Buildings is owned by Ivan and Cheryl Miller.
Together with their young son—and their puppy, Chloe—they're building Premier as a family business rooted in Holmes County, Ohio.
Their goal isn't to become the biggest pole-building company around. It's to build a company known for quality work, personal relationships, and customers who are happy to recommend Premier to someone else.
